{"id":686,"date":"2010-04-07T14:32:22","date_gmt":"2010-04-07T18:32:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/themooneylawfirm.wordpress.com\/?p=22"},"modified":"2010-04-07T14:32:22","modified_gmt":"2010-04-07T18:32:22","slug":"cbp-now-accepts-online-requests-for-confidential-treatment-of-manifest-data","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.customscourt.com\/es\/cbp-now-accepts-online-requests-for-confidential-treatment-of-manifest-data\/","title":{"rendered":"CBP Now Accepts Online Requests For Confidential Treatment of Manifest Data"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Some may not realize that data on inbound cargo declarations, CF 1302, is made public by CBP.\u00a0 Certain data contained on outbound manifest is also publicly available, such as the name and address of the shipper, general character of the cargo, number of packages and gross weight, name of vessel or carrier, port of exit, port of destination and country of destination.\u00a0 However, pursuant to 19 C.F.R.
