The products on List 3 are currently\nsubject to a 25% additional tariff. The deadline for submitting an exclusion\nrequest is September 30, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Products for which\nexclusion requests are granted will be excluded from the application of the\nadditional 25% tariff.&nbsp; The exclusion\nwill be effective retroactively from September 24, 2018 (the effective date for\nList 3) and extend for one year after the exclusion is published in the Federal\nRegister.
