The\nadditional duties will go into effect beginning September 1, 2019. A\nconfirmation from the USTR has not been issued yet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nproposed list 4 was released on May 13, 2019. It covers essentially all of the\nChinese products that were not covered by the previous lists. The comment\nperiod has been closed.
